There are several steps you need to take as soon as possible. (Time is of the essence, since we do limit the number of Aftercare Providers we have in any one area.) These steps include:
Step 1: Study our website and write down any and all questions you have about us and the Lap Band industry. Contact Randy Kline, our on staff Recruiter, to have your questions answered.
Step 2: Make sure you meet our provider eligibility requirements. If you meet our criteria, request an application, fill it out and submit it. (All applications are processed and approved within 10 working days.)
Step 3: Reserve your training spot for the date and location of your choice.
Step 4: Attend the Training Program and receive your Getting Started Kit.
Once verification has been received that you have completed training, you will be ready to begin receiving new patients through our Aftercare Provider Network.
- You will have immediate access to our Aftercare Provider Resource for additional resources and tools to help you with your Aftercare Program and your practice. You will also have access to our Patient Management Database.
- Our Vice President of Corporate Relations will contact you within a week of your training to welcome you, make sure you have everything you need and answer any questions you may have.
